Dear Church Family,

Everyone who attended the first anniversary service at Creekmoor will always remember it! Almost every seat on the floor was occupied and the bleachers were packed. Anticipation of God working was sensed by all of us. The music and testimonies were heart-felt and a blessing.

During the service we asked all those who served in “any capacity” at either of our campuses to stand. It was overwhelming to see all the servants of our church stand to their feet. As your pastor, my heart overflows with gratitude.

We took the opportunity to honor three generations currently serving from the same family. A special recognition was given to Mrs. Norma Nation for her over four decades (40 years) of faithfulness in our Children’s Ministry. Our Lord crowned the services with six adults becoming a part of our church family.

The day concluded with a huge picnic at the property...more barbeque and beans than one could possibly eat...activities everywhere...volleyball, kickball, football...all ages interacting...children playing in the sand. The less energetic adults enjoyed a cool breeze, a lawn chair and great fellowship. What a wonderful day!

We have a great momentum for the fall. So much is planned. Why not pause right now and thank God for His blessings asking Him to continue to have His hand on our people. Then breathe a prayer for His continued power and presence in our services.

In His Love,

Pastor

P. S. This Sunday, in the Adult Bible Class, Pastor Steve will begin teaching the book of Revelation.
